Common Questions

Most carriers have their own online portal or mobile app for bill pay. If you're not sure which carrier handles your policy or how to access their portal, call us at (203) 204-2555 and we'll walk you through it. We can also help you set up autopay so you never miss a payment.
Call us first at (203) 204-2555. We'll review your policy to make sure you understand your coverage and deductibles, help you gather the right information, and file the claim with your carrier on your behalf. We'll stay on top of it throughout the process to make sure it's handled properly.
We handle all policy changes for you. Just call us, email us, or submit a request through the contact form and our team will take care of it. Whether it's adding a new vehicle, changing your address, or adjusting your coverage limits, we'll make sure everything is updated correctly.
At minimum, once a year at renewal. But any major life event should trigger a review: buying a home, adding a driver, starting a business, getting married, renovating a property, or acquiring new assets. We proactively reach out 60 days before every renewal to shop your coverage, but you can request a review anytime.
We're currently licensed in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. We serve both personal and commercial clients in all five states.
No. Our services come at no additional cost to you. We're paid commissions by the insurance carriers, which means our job is to find you the best coverage at the best price. There's no charge for quotes, consultations, or policy reviews.
